To keep your ice bath water crystal clear, it’s important to change out your 20 micron filter every 7-10 days. Keep in mind that a 20 micron filter will collect smaller debris particles, which means it will clog faster than a 50 micron filter. The filter lifespan can vary depending on frequency of use and water chemistry.
The ORCA 20 micron or 50 micron water filters can be used with both the 3/4 Hp and 1 Hp water chillers.
*ORCA 10" water filters are designed specifically for use with ORCA Water Chillers. Our filters have a rigid plastic exoskeleton that provides support and protection for the inner filter media. Other filters may not fit properly and can cause damage to the water chiller potentially voiding your warranty.
