The complete process from the first phone call to setting up my pod was exceptional. I also wanna say that it didn’t stop there. Ryan, was there to answer any questions with a phone call or text away. Most of the details were uncovered in the first month for me.

Saw the Orca demo at an Ironman race expo. I'm 6 ft and it fits me just fine. Super easy setup and someone was live on chat support after 9 pm to answer a question. Who does that? I use the Orca 4 times a week and so far I don't have a single complaint. Maybe, just maybe, a separate drain valve would be nice. Cold plunge is awesome and Orca makes it convenient.
We have absolutely loved the cold plunge. It was shipped very quickly and the video instructions were easy to follow. The Ice Pod is the perfect size and the 3/4HP chiller has kept the water the perfect temperature. Best of all, the customer service is unattached!
I bought a cold plunge and three-quarter horsepower chiller. It’s amazing.. I reached out to Orca with a question; They responded instantly and were knowledgeable and helpful.
I have two friends with two other brands of cold plunges. They are both jealous. The orca seems to hold its temperature better the chiller seems to work more efficiently and more quickly
I am extremely happy with this purchase.
I just wish the hoses came with some insulation to reduce the condensation.
