Still waiting on the product, awful shipping / logistic partner.
I have had nothing but a great experience from the shipping to them product itself. I am 6’8” and the mammoth is perfect for my size. Also Ryan, the owner is so quick to answer any and all questions that I have had. 5 stars all around and would recommend to anyone.
I recently purchased the Orca Mammoth Cold plunge and I must say that this is the best quality tub and chiller at this price point. I did a ton of research and needed a large tub that I could stretch out it since I am 6'7" and 240lbs. The Mammoth has plenty of room and could even fit two people comfortably. The overall build quality of the tub is excellent and it's very sturdy. The chiller is also high quality as it has an upgraded heat exchanger that won't clog with debris like some of the other cheaper models out there. The best part about Orca is the customer service! They stand behind all their products and are endorsed by Ironman. They have in house technicians that can repair your chiller if needed (which most other companies do not). I reached out to Ryan (owner) via email several times with questions and he responded every time and answered my questions in great detail. He was even available to chat when I called him after I got my tub set up to answer some technical questions. Thank you Ryan! If you are in the market for a cold plunge, then look no further than Orca...hands down the best!!
There are a lot of cold plunges on the market one thing it sets the orca side is their great service. When you’re a busy age group you need your gear to work in the orca team is always available to keep your cold plunge functioning so you can be consistent with your training and most importantly your recovery.
