Water flows through the optional 20 or 50 micron filtration system 7x per hour keeping your water clean and crystal clear. Depending on usage, we recommend changing the water every 4-6 weeks. Just like a pool or jacuzzi, we suggest monitoring your water with a sanitizer.

Orca Migaloo

Cant say enough great things. After much research I chose Orca for a cold plunge due to the quality of tbe product and the way people raved about the customer service. When the tub arrived set up went smoothly. To my disappointment there was a leak in the chiller unit. I called and spoke to Ryan and he put me in touch with Jeff in the tech department. Jeff was outstanding and stayed on the phone and walked me thru how to open the chiller box. Once we found the leak, Jeff hung up, made several videos of how to fix the leak and called me back after sending me the videos. I followed his steps and fix the problem. Have been enjoying the tub ever since. I highly recommend this company. 10 out 10!!!!

Excellent Product from an Excellent Company

This is a must have for therapy and recovery. I tried the cheaper route of buying ice and then I even bought an ice machine - but it was a constant hassle and I couldn’t get the water cold enough. This is a no-brainer “set it and forget it” and I use it 4x a week - maybe more. The company gives white gloved service.

I looked for months trying to find this! After researching so many other products, I was about to give up. Then suddenly I found ORCA. They REALLY know what they are doing. I even spoke with Ryan, the owner and some of his team who were extremely helpful (the fact that I could speak with someone almost instantly was amazing) I wanted a chiller that didn't have wi-fi for numerous reasons ( reliability, emf transmissions, etc).
The chiller even has a heater and priced lower than the other companies I looked at. Also, I live in Canada and was able to have this delivered to my front door.
I highly recommend ORCA and the helpful team behind it.
