I spoke with Ryan prior to buying the ice barrel and he took the time to answer all my questions. The ice barrel was delivered well packaged and on time. Easy set up with the videos provided. I use it 4 times a week and it is a huge help in my everyday life. Love my Orca
We originally purchased the Ice Barrel plunge. We got it home and my wife had a hard time getting in and out of it. I contacted Ryan the owner and he was awesome. We exchanged for the bath tub plunge with absolutely no questions asked. The Tub style is lower and easier for my wife to enter. We were new to cold plunging and so far we love it.
Great product, love my cold plunge
Really great unit. Use this religiously after hard intense workouts or sports. The customer service is what brought me to this company. Many other ice plunge companies just put a generic email for support which shows they do not want to interact with customers or face the music when things go wrong with the unit. Orca Plunge team was in communication with me from setup to finish and even random questions there on after. Thank you for this great unit!
Triathlete and runner, so use this product for muscle recovery. Excellent cold plunge at a very reasonable price. Easy to set up and maintain. Highly recommend. Benefits are fantastic!
