COLD PLUNGE CHILLER - 1 HP (INDOOR / OUTDOOR)

Was wonderful to deal with a vendor who believes in having human beings answering the phone, being able to easily connect directly w. the principals of the company to answer substantive product questions. Excellent advice & support on connecting the Orca chiller to my third party tub, and didn't balk at my installation of an ez-start unit to lower peak amp draw at startup of the 1hp model. Unit has been working flawlessly so far; and the mobile app just plan works. Amazing upgrade from plunge.com's severely dysfunctional chiller and abysmal support.

This chiller is perfect for my cold plunge needs; I set a daily timer for the cold plunge to be at my ideal tempature. Maintenance of changing the filter is easy and takes less than 10 minutes.

We have also enjoyed the warming feature of the tub.

I bought the 1hp chiller to use for the heat function, so I could have a hot tub next to my cold tub. It can make the water HOT. 104 degrees was way too hot, I keep it around 86 which is perfect. I did lots of research before making this purchase, and I’m confident I made the right choice. Ryan (Orca team rep) has been very helpful and responsive. Chiller is solid, easy to set up, heats up the water quickly, so I’m assuming it chills the water quickly too. Wifi is easy to use. Price is right for 1hp with wifi and heating option. I highly recommend this chiller.
