I dealt with a company with an unused friendly product, with zero customer service and unreliable functionality. When the mother board blew and the only option that was given was “buy a new MB and get an electrician to fix it.” Was all I was given, I started looking elsewhere. I called Orca and actually spoke to someone. Ryan gave me honest feedback, ins and outs of the product, explanation with insight as to why he trusts his product. It was all spot on. I purchased two days later. The chiller was simple to set up. WiFi and hardware alike. It pumps efficiently, chills so damn fast. And I hate technology and they were patient and walked me through everything. This company is top of the line.
