I gave this to my boyfriend (well, to both of us :) for Christmas - he's been wanting a cold plunge forever. We're using it almost every day, and we love it! He's 6'5" and it's plenty big for him. It's still cold here overnight, so we haven't hooked up the chiller yet, but it looks straightforward to set up. I had several questions before purchasing, and the customer service was amazing - he got back to me immediately with very helpful answers every time!
We absolutely love our cold plunge, and the customer service has been great with Ryan. My wife got it for me for Christmas, and had an issue with the chiller freezing over due to me not changing out the filter. Ryan sent the replacement right away and then when I accidently tightened the hoses too much; the housings cracked and he is now fixing the chiller for free. If you are gong to buy a cold plunge, I highly recommend buying from Orca Plunge!
Ryan and his team know what they're doing! Living in San Diego we were lucky enough to meet them in person and chat for awhile after picking up our product. They're extremely knowledgable and seem keen to continually improve their product any chance they get. Not that it needs much improvement... After a couple disappointing experiences with other products we switched over to Orca. We've been using their Mammoth Plunge and 1/2 HP chiller for over a month now and have had ZERO issues. The chiller makes little to no noise and keeps the water plenty cold (39) for us. The installation was simple and for the taller people out there, the mammoth is a great solution, my roommate is 6'5 and has plenty of room to completely submerge in the tub.
It is everything as advertised, quality, quick ship, easy to install.
I've used it everyday thus far and love it, after the initial shock of getting in of course!
