The team from Orca has been excellent. Despite the unconventional setup of my installation, they've been patient and professional every step of the way. I'm very happy with the cold plunge and the upgraded chiller. Maintaining the tub at 38 degrees has been shown no issues whatsoever.
Did quite a bit of research for ice baths before settling on this this Orca Migaloo. I am very satisfied with this purchase, very happy we bought this.
I really like how light the bath is and easy to move around (without water of course).

I've been really focused on my health for my entire life really and ever since I turned 50 I've been hyper focused. Biohacking is fascinating to me and there's so much good information nowadays. I was taking cold baths/showers and they just didn't cut it any longer for me. After much research I found Orca and so happy with every aspect of my purchase. Ryan is the man - dude even provided customer service the day of his wedding. come on who does that? (Ryan I would have waited) Set up literally took me no more than 15 minutes - so simple. I love my cold plunge so much! I'm glad I went with Orca vs. Competitors, their customer service and product is head and shoulders above others. The plunge has helped my anxiety and total body inflammation more than anything I've done in the past. If your in the market, don't look any further, just buy it.
