Couldn't be happier with this purchase and the support from Ryan at Orca has been prompt & extremely helpful. One thing I was unaware of was that the filter was it's own separate unit...for some reason I assumed it was built into the chiller. Not a big deal...just couldn't tell from the pictures online. Overall 5/5 stars and I would highly recommend this product & company!

The orca plunge team has been amazing through my entire cold plunge journey, Answering all of my questions and helping guide me through setup and operation. The barrel plunge is perfect for a tight space. I’m 6ft 180lbs and is great for taller and larger people. Thank you Orca Team!!
